Your privacy on Musaic.

Musaic helps listeners discover independent music and lets artists share their music. Here is how information supports those features.

Your account and sign-in

Musaic uses your email address and account identity to sign you in and maintain your profile. When you choose an available social sign-in provider, that provider supplies the account identity and profile or email information you authorize. You enter your provider password with that provider. Sign-in options may vary during the beta.

Music, preferences and activity

We store the profile details you provide, optional music preferences, artist follows, saved songs, reactions, Mixes and recorded listening activity. Listening measurements include starts, observed listening time and whether a play qualifies for our reports. This information supports your Library, music discovery, recommendations and internal aggregate reporting.

Signup paths and referral information help us understand how people find Musaic. Artists can also provide biographies, links, images, audio and track information.

What others can see

Public artist pages, published music and shared Mixes show the information presented on those pages. Account and private listening features use access controls. Consider what you include before publishing a profile or sharing content.

Services and browser storage

Musaic uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, databases and storage, and Zoho Mail to receive and respond to support requests. Your selected sign-in provider also processes its authentication interaction under its own privacy notice. Musaic uses browser storage to maintain sign-in and selected preferences.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can use the available profile, preference, save, follow and listening-history controls in Musaic. To request account deletion, follow our deletion instructions. Disconnecting a social provider or clearing listening history is separate from deleting your complete Musaic account.

Account records, uploaded media and backups have different deletion steps. Contact us about the information associated with your account; we will explain the scope of your request and any records that need separate handling. This notice does not promise immediate removal from backups.
