Request account deletion.

You can request deletion by email. You do not need to sign in to read these instructions.

Send your request

1. Email help@musaiccollective.com with the subject Musaic account deletion.
2. Include the email address or display name associated with your Musaic account and whether you signed in with email, Google, Apple or Facebook. If Apple provided a private relay address, include that address if you know it.
3. If you have an Artist profile, include its name or public link so we can identify the associated music and media.

Send the request from your account email when possible. If you cannot access that inbox, explain that in your message. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, authentication tokens or identity documents.

What happens next

We review the request and verify control of the account before making changes. Account records, artist content, uploaded media and backups require different handling; we will clarify the scope and any exceptions with you. Sending an email does not automatically delete your account.

Other controls are separate

Logging out, clearing listening history or removing Musaic from your Google, Apple or Facebook account does not delete your complete Musaic account. Use the request above for account deletion.
